means FOCUSED NUMBERS PTY LTD ACN 614 885 488 trading as Get Connected Network.
means approximately AU$24 or 13% of the subscription amount or such other amount as determined by Get Connected Network in its sole discretion.
includes the website or mobile applications in relation to Get Connected Network’s services.
2. Referral Fee Structure
You will receive the Referral Fee for each user you refer to the Site who registers to use the Site by using the link provided by your user account on the Site and that user becomes a subscribing paid user of the Site.
You may be eligible to receive the Referral Fee for up to three levels of referral from your initial account, if those users subscribe using the link provided by their referring user and that user is connected to your account. Get Connected Network reserves the right to vary the number of levels that can provide a Referral Fee to the user and distinguish the number of levels available to receive a Referral Fee between users.
For example you will also receive a Referral Fee for each user that an introduced user of yours refers to the site, providing that those users also become paid subscribing users to the Site and another Referral Fee for each user that is subsequently referred to the site if that user also becomes a paid subscribing user of the Site.
If a user registers by means other than the link provided from your account, or by means other than the link provided by the user referring them, you will not receive a Referral Fee, regardless of whether that referred user becomes a subscribing user of the Site or not at some stage during their use of the Site.
Your Referral Fee structure and which users are registered as generating you a Referral Fee and which level of referral class they belong is accessible in your account on the Site.
Get Connected Network reserves the right to vary the amount of the Referral Fee at any time. The change in referral fee will take place effective for all Referral Fees from that point in time the change occurs and for each Referral Fee thereafter.
Get Connected Network reserves the right to pay different users differing amounts of Referral Fees or change the amount of the Referral Fee for different users in its sole discretion.
3. Eligibility for Referral Fees
You must be a fully paid and subscribing user of the Site and the person referred must also become a paid subscribing user of the Site for you to be eligible to receive a Referral Fee. For each level of referral that you are entitled, the user must also be, if sending a link to invite users, a paid user and each receiving user must become a subscribing and paid user of the Site to be eligible to receive that Referral Fee of that user.
You must be a subscribing user of the Site for at least 14 calendar days to be eligible to receive Referral Fees. Each new user referred must also remain a subscribing user for at least 14 days for you to be eligible to receive the Referral Fee of that user.
The Referral Fee relates and attaches to each user of the Site referred by you. If a referral user in a level ceases to become a paid subscribing user of the Site, you will only lose the Referral Fee that relates to that user only, but any referrals in a level after that user or referred by that user will still entitle you to the Referral Fee for those users who remain continuing paid subscribing users of the Site.
You must renew your subscription and be a paying subscribing user of the Site each year to be eligible to receive the Referral Fees generated by your user account.
Any eligible user that becomes a paid subscriber to the Site whilst you are not yourself a paid subscribing member shall not entitle you to Referral Fees.
If you cancel, let lapse or have your paid subscription to the Site cancelled, you will lose any and all Referral Fees whatsoever obtained at the time of cancellation. If you re-subscribe to the Site and become a paid subscribing user at a later date you will not receive the benefit of any previous Referral Fees generate on your user account.
Any break in subscription due to technical error or otherwise causing a loss of Referral Fees shall be assessed upon application by the user to Get Connected Network and dealt with in Get Connected Networks sole discretion and on a case by case basis.
4. Security and Password
If you are a new user you will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site's registration process. Existing users will have this already. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:-
(a) immediately notify Get Connected Network of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and
(b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Particularly, you acknowledge that as part of the Referral Fee process, payment of your Referral Fee to your bank account and the bank account details can be altered and diverted from your account if someone other than you has access to your user account. Get Connected Network cannot and will not in any way be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
For safety reasons and protection of your account and Referral Fees DO NOT give out your account password to anyone.
5. Payment of Referral Fees
You will be able to determine which bank account your Referral Fees are paid to. These details are entered into your account on the Site.
In your account on the Site you will be able to see which users have subscribed and which users have made you eligible for a Referral Fee and the amount. Users referred to the site who register and pay for a subscription will appear in your account and remain unavailable until that user meets the eligibility requirement on your behalf and their behalf under these Referral Fee Conditions.
Once the Referral Fees are eligible to be claimed in your account, you can process your return of Referral Fees to the bank account nominated in your account by providing a BSB and account number.
Payment of Referral Fees will take place approximately once a week regardless of when your Referral Fees become eligible to be claimed and will only be paid in this fashion once you process and claim your eligible Referral Fees.
Entry of your BSB and account number is at your own risk. You acknowledge that if you enter bank details for payment of Referral Fees incorrectly, that you may lose some or all of that transfer of Referral Fees. Get Connected Network advises you to check the entry of all data on your account before claiming any Referral Fees. Get Connected Network cannot and will not in any way be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
6. Transfer of Referral Fees
You acknowledge that your account is transferable and any rights attaching to the Referral Fees are your property and are controlled by your login registration details and password. You may transfer access of your account to another users at your discretion. Get Connected Network may transfer your account upon certain circumstances or at your request, or to comply with any applicable law or order by court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of death of you and upon producing to Get Connected Network appropriate notification and qualification of entitlement, Get Connected Network will transfer access to your account to your beneficiaries.
If Get Connected Network has been made aware that the account is that of a deceased user, your account may be made dormant and removed from public display on the Site, but so long as the account remains eligible and referred users remaining eligible your account may still receive the benefit of the Referral Fees.
7. Taxation of Referral Fees
You are responsible for the declaration, taxation and treatment of any Referral Fees or any other taxation consequences that may arise from selling or transferring your account to another user.
8. No Liability of Get Connected Network
Get Connected Network are not liable to you in any way whatsoever for any loss or damage that might arise from the loss of Referral Fees or any actions or omissions on your behalf causing you to lose your Referral Fees, or incorrectly assign your Referral Fees, including, for example but without limitation, if you fail to comply with these Referral Fee Conditions or another user misuses your account, identity or personal information, including incorrect input of bank details or access by failing to keep your personal information and password confidential.
9. Costs and Expenses
If there is any transaction cost or expense incurred by Get Connected Network as a result of transaction the Referral Fees to your account, these fees and expense such be automatically deducted from the Referral Fees payment and as such only the net amount of Referral Fees shall be transferred to your account. These fees are charged by the banks and are not the control of Get Connected Network and so may change or vary without the knowledge or input of Get Connected Network. Although there is no minimum amount of Referral Fee to be transferred or maximum number of eligible transfers of Referral Fees that can occur, Get Connected Network suggests that users do not transaction small or numerous times in claiming Referral Fees to minimise transaction costs and expenses of transferring their Referral Fees back to their accounts. Get Connected Network are not liable to you in any way whatsoever for any loss or damage that might arise from the loss of a portion of Referral Fees due to fees and charges incurred in the transaction.
