"User Content" means Content that other users not including Your Content submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Site that users submit on your account such as ratings, reviews, compliments, recommendations, invitations, check-ins, messages, data, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials and information that they submit about Your Content.
"Get Connected Network Content" means Content that we create and make available in connection with the Site.
"Third Party Content" means Content that originates from parties other than, or does not belong to, you, Get Connected Network or its users, or is a product or service provided by someone other than you or a user, or a link or advertisement to a website other than that of User Content or Your Content, which is made available in connection with the Site.
"Site Content" means all of the Content that is made available in connection with the Site, including Your Content, User Content, Third Party Content, and Get Connected Network Content.
"Terms of Use" means these terms of use that govern the use of the Site.

Do not access or use the Site if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use and concluding a legally binding contract with Get Connected Network of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use may be updated by us from time to time. In addition, when using the Site you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be updated from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms of Use, we will notify you to your registered account email address or by posting a notice on the Site prior to the effective date of the changes. You understand and agree that your continued access to or use of the Site after the effective date of amendments to the Terms of Use indicates your acceptance of the amendments.

To post Your Content on the Site, you must be and represent that you are 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms of Use. You may not access or use the Site if you are a competitor of ours or if we have previously banned you from the Site or closed your account.
We grant you permission to use the Site subject to the restrictions in these Terms of Use. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate. Get Connected Network may alter vary and offer different types of accounts to users of the Site in its sole discretion and to the exclusion of other users. You may also receive our or other users’, e-mail newsletters, events or advertisements about happenings on the Site or with other Users. You can opt-out of some communications by changing the settings in your account.

You agree to:

(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data");
(b) verify your Registration Data as required from time to time by Get Connected Network including verification of email address;

Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy and you acknowledge and consent to Get Connected Network using collecting and disclosing your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement and the applicable law relating to privacy. If you are a new user you will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site's registration process. Existing users will have this already. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:-
(a) immediately notify Get Connected Network of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and
(b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Particularly, you acknowledge that as part of the Referral process, you may be entitled to be paid for your use of the Site, such payment can be altered and diverted from your account if someone other than you has access to your account. Get Connected Network cannot and will not in any way be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. If you have forgotten your password you may use the forgotten password tool, which will generate an email to the email connected to your user account. If you believe you password has been changed or your user account has been hacked and details in your account changed or you did not wish to generate a new password you must notify Get Connected Network immediately.

You alone are responsible for Your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone's reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own, or have the necessary permissions to use and authorise the use of Your Content as described. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by Get Connected Network. Any reviews posts or Content provided to the Site by users of the Site are in no way endorsed or the views of Get Connected Network and are that of the users of the Site only.
You may expose yourself to liability if Your Content contains material that is false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory; violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains material that is unlawful, including illegal hate speech or pornography, exploits or otherwise harms minors,; or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation. Get Connected Network cannot and will not be held liable for any actions You undertake with Your Content that expose you to liability.
Get Connected Network may use Your Content in a number of different ways, including publicly displaying it, reformatting it, incorporating it into advertisements and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it, and using it for Get Connected Network’s purposes in advancing the Site. As such, you hereby irrevocably grant to us world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sub licensable, transferable rights to use, copy, publicly perform and display, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, remove, analyse, commercialise, and prepare derivative works of Your Content for any purpose Get Connected Network requires in connection with the Site. Please note that you also irrevocably grant the users of the Site the right to access Your Content in connection with their use of the Site and to follow Your Content and account for their own purposes. Finally, you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Get Connected Network and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content.
As between you and Get Connected Network, you own Your Content. We own the Get Connected Network Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, including, but not limited to, our compilation of User Content and other Site Content, computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, recommendations and all other elements and components of the Site excluding Third Party Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world associated with Get Connected Network, the Get Connected Network Content and the Site. As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the Get Connected Network Content in whole or in part except as expressly authorised by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Site and the Get Connected Network Content are retained by us.
You may apply to Get Connected Network to have Content removed from your account that may be in violation of these Terms of Use. Get Connected Network shall have the right but not the obligation to, and in Get Connected Network’s sole discretion remove Content or act upon such request.
Get Connected Network reserves the right to retain Content from your account, even if your account is Your Content is no longer publicly visible on the Site.

You understand that all of Your Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person and account from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Get Connected Network, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Site in connection with your account. Get Connected Network does not control the Content posted via the Site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content or Third Party Content or that some third party may take or use Your Content. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Get Connected Network be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service or if Content is used by third parties.
You agree to not use the Site to:
(a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(b) harm minors in any way;
(c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Get Connected Network administrator, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
(d) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Site;
(e) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(f) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
(g) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Site that are designated for such purpose;
(h) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
(i) disrupt the normal use of the Site for other users, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in the Site;
(j) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
(k) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
(l) harass another user in any way or format; or
(m) collect or store personal data about other users.
You acknowledge that Get Connected Network may or may not pre-screen Your Content, but that Get Connected Network and its designees, authorised persons or administrators shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion and without notice to you, to pre-screen, refuse, move, amend, moderate or remove any Content that is available via the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, Get Connected Network and its designees, authorised persons or administrators shall have the right to remove any Site Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Get Connected Network Content created by Get Connected Network or submitted to Get Connected Network, including without limitation all other information in all other parts of the Site.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that Get Connected Network may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content and even transfer control of and access your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with a legal process;
(b) transfer an account as part of a bankrupt or deceased estate;
(c) enforce these Terms of Use;
(d) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties;
(e) respond to your requests for customer service; or
(f) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Get Connected Network, its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Site, including Your Content, may involve:-
(a) transmissions over various networks; and
(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You understand that the Site and software embodied within the Site may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and other software to track and monitor usage, such as cookies, and use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by Get Connected Network and/or content providers who provide content to the Site. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Site. Any unauthorised reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Site, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

Some sections of the Site require you to be a paid subscribing user to access all features, benefits and facilities the Site has to offer. Your subscription fee once paid to the site is an automatically renewed subscription each year, and will be deducted from the same payment method you used to pay for your subscription each year, unless you otherwise elect to cancel your subscription in your account settings. Cancelling your subscription fee to the Site will not cancel your account, only remove the features of the Site that paid subscribing users have access and benefit of. We will notify you of your upcoming subscription renewal but if you miss a renewal or your renewal does not work for technical reasons or reasons beyond your control, you may contact Get Connected Network within 14 days of your subscription being due, or renew your subscription within 14 days of the payment being due, subscription continuity will be eligible to be maintained at Get Connected Network’s sole discretion in this instance. Even if your account is inactive or hidden on the Site your subscription fee will continue to be renewed and withdrawn under this clause irrespective of whether Your Content is publicly available to be viewed on the Site.
From the date of paying for a subscription, your paid subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment and is a non-refundable payment. If you cancel your account or have your account suspended or terminated for any reason there shall be no refund of the subscription fee. Get Connected Network reserves the right to change any of the fees charged in connection with the Site at any time, provided that such changes will not take effect until a new subscription is required to be undertaken by You at the expiration of your current subscription. Get Connected Network also reserves the right to charge different prices for the same service and subscription use of the Site whether as a promotion or bonus or otherwise, from time to time or in its sole discretion.
Get Connected Network offers Referral fees, payments and promotions for users you introduce to the Site and who become subscribing users of the Site. Refer to the Referral section of these Terms of Use for further information. Any Referral fees that you may generate can be applied to your account and in connection with your subscription to the Site. If your use of the Site is cancelled or suspended at anytime you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund of any subscription fees paid by you and you will lose your Referral fees.
Upon applying to become a subscribing user of the Site you shall pay any and all amounts due and payable either by credit card, or such other form of payment as Get Connected Network, in conjunction with its third party providers, Stripe, as its payment gateway provider, may, in its sole discretion, permit. You will be required to agree to the applicable payment authorisation form(s), which may also permit Get Connected Network to recover and retain any information as part of the Referral fees.

Get Connected Network makes no representations or warranties with respect to the ownership of, or copyright in, Third Party Content on the Site uploaded, linked or otherwise disseminated by users of the Site and in no way represents others who claim to be authors, creators or owners of copyright or other rights thereto. You shall obtain all permission(s) when required and if you are using Third Party Content and are solely responsible for determining the existence of such rights, satisfying any copyright or other use restrictions, intangible rights, or related interests for obtaining any and all permissions and releases, for guarding against the infringement of those rights that may be held elsewhere, and for paying any associated fees necessary for the reproduction or use of the materials and for rights to any proprietary material depicted, and you expressly assume all responsibility for observing applicable laws of copyright, literary right, trespass, conversion, property right, privacy, publicity and defamation.
The Site may include links to other websites or applications or otherwise Third Party Content. We do not control or endorse any Third Party Content. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability or contents of such Third Party Content. Your use of Third Party Content is at your own risk. Some of the services made available through the Site and Third Party Content may be subject to additional third party or open source licensing terms conditions and disclosures. You are responsible for determining the existence of such terms and conditions and compliance with such terms and conditions and Get Connected Network cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section or the terms and conditions of such Third Party Content.
You further acknowledge and understand that due to the nature of the internet, and the Site, certain information regarding you and Your Content that was posted on the Site may continue to be available on the internet, even if your account with the Site is terminated or cancelled. You acknowledge and agree Your Content can be copied and used by other web users and third parties therefore Get Connected Network has no control over Your Content’s subsequent use and disclosure by third party’s. You agree that no liability shall rest with Get Connected Network for improper use of Your Content by third party’s.

You agree to indemnify and hold Get Connected Network, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand whatsoever, including but not limited to any claim by a third party for defamation, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your Content or Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, any products or services purchased or obtained by you in connection with the Site, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or the infringement or violation of any rights of another by you.
Get Connected Network reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any such matter without the prior written consent of Get Connected Network. Get Connected Network will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

Get Connected Network shall not be responsible for or in any way liable for any taxation consequences that may arise as a result of your use of the Site or sale of your account on the site or be a party to such transaction. Access to your account as part of a sale is your sole responsibility and at your own risk.

You acknowledge that Get Connected Network may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings, comments or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Site, the maximum number of messages or postings that may be sent from or received by an account on the Site, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Get Connected Network's servers on your behalf for your Content, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Site in a given period of time. You agree that Get Connected Network has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages, postings and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted to the Site in connection with your account. You acknowledge that Get Connected Network reserves the right to log off accounts, suspend or cancel accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Get Connected Network reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits from time to time.

You acknowledge that Get Connected Network may provide incentives and Referral fees to you, other users or to third parties to introduce potential users to the Site.

Get Connected Network reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice or your account from the Site. You agree that Get Connected Network shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or your account with the Site.
You agree that Get Connected Network may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and access to the Site.
Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:-
(a) breaches or violations of these Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines;
(b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
(c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions);
(d) discontinuance or material modification to the Site (or any part thereof);
(e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; and
(f) extended periods of inactivity.
Termination of your account may include any one or more of the following:-
(a) removal of access to some or all offerings within the Site;
(b) removal of access to your account (or any part thereof); or
(c) barring further use of the Site.
Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Get Connected Network’s sole discretion and that Get Connected Network shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Site.

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, other users found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such user or advertiser. You agree that Get Connected Network shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or users on the Site.
Get Connected Network reserves the right to advertise a business (in its sole discretion and by a random selection process) for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Site or a particular category of business service or user service of the Site. Advertising of a specific user or business is done for the benefit of other users and the Site itself, or a section or category of the Site and in no way shall be deemed to be an endorsement by Get Connected Network of that business or user.

The Site may provide or contain, you may provide or contain within Your Content, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources and other Third Party Content. Because Get Connected Network has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Get Connected Network is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Get Connected Network shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Site ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in sponsor advertisements or User Content or information presented to you through the Site or from other users is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised by Get Connected Network or other users of the Site, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of Content based on the Site or the Software, in whole or in part. Get Connected Network grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorised access to the Site. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface/s that are provided by Get Connected Network for use in accessing the Site.

You expressly understand and agree that: (a) Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Get Connected Network expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of Content on the Site or of user and their goods and services provided.
(b) Get Connected Network makes no warranty that:
(i) the service provided by a user of the Site will meet your requirements;
(ii) the service or product provided by that user will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
(iii) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
(iv) the results that may be obtained from the use of users products or services on the Site will be accurate or reliable;
(v) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations; and
(vi) any errors in the Software will be corrected.
(c) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
(d) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Get Connected Network or through or from the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
(e) Due to the global nature of the internet, users outside of Australian jurisdiction may access the Site. The Site is not intended to be a forum for services that may be offered outside of the jurisdiction, nor is it intended for use by a person outside of the jurisdiction. However it is possible that some users are from jurisdictions outside of Australia. As such, Get Connected Network is not subject to regulatory controls that may exist outside of the jurisdiction.

Please read this section carefully since it limits the liability of Get Connected Network to you. Each of the subsections below only applies up to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing herein is intended to limit any rights you may have which may not be lawfully limited. If you are unsure about this or any other section of these terms, you may consult with a legal professional prior to accessing or using the Site as you are giving up substantial legal rights by agreeing to these terms. By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including specifically this section.
The Site is made available to you on an "as is", "with all faults" and "as available" basis, with the express understanding that the Get Connected Network may not monitor, control, or vet user content at all times. Although Get Connected Network will at all times attempt to moderate Content on the Site, this is not absolute and as such, your use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk. Get Connected Network make no claims or promises about the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the Site, its safety or security, or the Content or any benefit you can or may derive from the Site.
Accordingly, Get Connected Network is not liable to you for any loss or damage that might arise, for example, from the Site's inoperability, unavailability, search-ability of Your Content or account or business or security vulnerabilities or from your reliance on the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the business listings, ratings, reviews, recommendations (including their Content, order, and display), or metrics found on, used on, or made available through the Site.
Get Connected Network make no claims or promises with respect to any third party, such as the businesses or advertisers listed on the Site or the Site's users. Accordingly, Get Connected Network are not liable to you for any loss or damage that might arise from their actions or omissions, including, for example, if another user misuses Your Content, identity or personal information, or if you have a negative experience with one of the users or advertisers listed or featured on the Site. Your purchase and use of products or services offered by users or third parties through the Site is at your own discretion and risk. You agree that Get Connected Network shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or users on the Site.
Get Connected Network expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties as to the products or services offered by users on the Site, and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of good or services provided by users on the Site. No oral or written information or advice provided to you by a representative of Get Connected Network shall create a representation or warranty.
You acknowledge that your sole and exclusive right and remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Site, related services or user, or any other grievance shall be your termination and discontinuation of access to, or use of the Site and a request to Get Connected Network to delete any and all of Your Content.
If a liability cannot be limited by operation of law or otherwise, and Get Connected Network is found to be liable to you, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Get Connected Network’s maximum aggregate liability to you for loss or damage suffered in connection with the Site or these Terms of Use is limited to the amount of the subscription paid, if any, by you to Get Connected Network in connection with the Site in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
Get Connected Network expressly disclaim liability for any:-
(a) Direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, reliance, or consequential damages;
(b) loss of profits, goodwill, use, information, data or other intangible losses;
(c) business interruption; or
(d) reputational harm;
(even if Get Connected Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whatsoever including without limitation resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Site;
(ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Site;
(iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of Your Content;
(iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Site; or
(v) any other matter causing you loss or damage relating to your use of the Site.

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, this is an agreement between you and Get Connected Network and there shall be no third party beneficiaries to these Terms of Use.

Get Connected Network may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to these Terms of Use, by email, through your account, or postings on the Site.

The Get Connected Network intellectual property including the logo, trademarks and service marks and other Get Connected Network identifying marks, products and service names are all and at all times remain property of Get Connected Network. Without the prior permission of Get Connected Network you agree not to display, copy or use in any manner, the Get Connected Network intellectual property and identifying marks.

You agree that you will report any violations of these Terms of Use to Get Connected Network support via the support feature available on the Site. You agree that should you find any offending information, on the Site, you will immediately contact the Site support via the support feature and ask that it be removed. This includes any content that could reasonably be regarded as likely to be defamatory, misleading or deceptive, or which would amount to illegal or unauthorised activities. Get Connected Network will use reasonable endeavours to remove the offending material within 5 working days of being notified.
You also agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to:
(a) Violate these Terms of Use;
(b) Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Site or Site Content (other than Your Content), except as expressly authorized by Get Connected Network;
(c) Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Site or any Site Content;
(d) Reverse engineer any portion of the Site;
(e) Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that appears on any portion of the Site or on any materials printed or copied from the Site whether in relation to Get Connected Network of other users;
(f) Record, process, or mine information about other users;
(g) Access, retrieve or index any portion of the Site for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews;
(h) Reformat or frame any portion of the Site;
(i) Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Get Connected Network's technology infrastructure or otherwise make excessive traffic demands of the Site;
(j) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining or any other means;
(k) Use the Site or any Site Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature;
(l) Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site;
(m) Use the Site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site or Site Content; or
(n) Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Site, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Site Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Site.

By sending us any ideas, suggestions, documents or proposals or notification of glitches, or otherwise feedback upon the Site (“Feedback”) you agree that :-
(a) your Feedback does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of third parties;
(b) we are under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Feedback;
(c) we may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration or in development;
(d) we are under no obligation to act upon the Feedback;
(e) you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute and sublicense the Feedback, and you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Get Connected Network and its users any claims and assertions of any moral rights contained in such Feedback and transfer to us any and all intellectual property rights and moral rights in connection with the Feedback.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Get Connected Network and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Get Connected Network. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain Get Connected Network services on this Site, or from affiliate services, other users, Third Party Content content or third-party software.
These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Get Connected Network shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Get Connected Network agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the city of Perth, Western Australia.
The failure of Get Connected Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, or sever that inconsistent or invalid part and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
You acknowledge that your account is transferable and any rights to your account or Content within your account are controlled by your login registration details and password. You acknowledge that if you hold more than one account, they cannot be merged. Get Connected Network may transfer your account upon certain circumstances or at your request, or to comply with any applicable law. In the event of death of you and upon producing to Get Connected Network appropriate notification and qualification of entitlement, Get Connected Network will transfer access to your account to your beneficiaries. If Get Connected Network has been made aware that the account is that of a deceased user, your account may be made dormant and removed from public display on the Site, but so long as your account remains eligible and referred users remaining eligible your account may still receive the benefit of Referrals. Any fees incurred as a result of transferring a user account shall be the responsibility of the party requesting the transfer and Get Connected Network is authorised to request payment of this cost or expense upfront, or withhold such payment from Referral fees (if applicable).
All provisions of these Terms of Use that by their sense or nature should survive termination of these Terms of Use (including, without limitation, all limits of liability, indemnity obligations, and confidentiality obligations) shall survive termination of these Terms of Use.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
